Walk/Run Interval or Walk/Speed Walk Interval
You can follow this workout by walking and running the intervals or you can make it work for you by walking at a moderate speed then walking at a faster speed during the running interval. Do what works for you. If you are feeling it, you can also add sprints to the running intervals.
For a 28 minute workout complete 4 rounds.
For a 35 minute workout complete 5 rounds.
