Workout class with Brigette Williams a Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist passionate about helping women feel their best and strongest self through pregnancy or postpartum journeys.

Each workout is focused on proper core engagement and exercises to help you through pregnancy and postpartum.

- Meet new moms and women in the area.

- Learn proper workout techniques before and after pregnancy.

- Workouts consists of resistance training, core training, and endurance. To help you feel empowered, strong, and best of all healthy.good.

All sessions are located in the private women's room at the gym. No membership is needed.

$15 per session (1 hour classes)
