2-ingredient Jam

This has been my go too on top of almost everything. You will see this jam on a lot of my breakfast foods and snacks.


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

2 tbsp chia seeds


Directions:

  1. Add frozen fruit to a pot and heat over medium heat.

  2. Continually stir the berries as they cook. Chop the berries as they boil as well. This should take about 5 minutes.

  3. Once it reaches a slight boil and the fruit is chopped up turn off the heat and add the chia seeds.

  4. May need to add more chia seed to get the right consistency (as seen in the last photo).

  5. Let cool and place in a glass container.

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  7. Enjoy on oatmeal, toast, PB&J sandwich/wrap, etc...
