Moms, if you are newly postpartum or have been postpartum for years this program is great for you. I designed this program for any mom at any stage of her postpartum journey to have follow along workout videos that you can do from anywhere with me.
There are 30+ follow along workouts that go over proper breathing techniques and proper core engagement while also going into some beginner core exercises moving on to advanced moves to rehab your core after pregnancy. Each workout is about 10-20 minutes long, it is a great add on to your day to get moving and strengthen your core.
This program is here to help moms at every stage strengthen and stabilize their core during the postpartum phase. Once you are postpartum you are always postpartum. It doesn't matter how old you are or how long ago you've had your children. It is never to late to strengthen and rehab your core.
If you struggle with pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis recti this program was designed for you also! The main focus of this program is to help rehab your muscles back to its normal functionality.
I created a PDF with all the video links to each workout. I split the workouts up into weekly goals, there are about 3 to 4 follow along videos each week. Week 1 starts with the basics of learning proper techniques with breathing and pelvic floor and core engagement. Then moving on to the next weeks with beginner workouts, working our way up to more advanced exercises.
