These tater tots taste like the real deal. They take some time but are so fun to make for family nights. They are also kid approved.
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
4 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
4 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Directions:
Wash potatoes off and poke with a fork.
Cook each potato until soft. Microwave one potato at a time for 1-2 minutes or boil in water until soft about 5 min.
Let potatoes cool and grate them with a cheese grater or smash with a fork if soft enough.
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix with a spoon.
Form into tater tots and place on greased baking sheet or in an air frier.
Bake or air-fry at 375ºF for 10 minutes. Flipping the tater tots half way through.
Servings: 5-6
About 6-7 tater tots = 1 serving
