Homemade Guacamole

The only guacamole recipe you will ever need!


Ingredients:

3 avocados

1 lime juiced or 1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp dried cilantro

1/2 cup chopped onion or 1 tsp minced onion

1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes

1 tsp salt

pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)


Direction:

  1. Half the avocados length wise and take out the pit.

  2. Spoon out the avocado into a medium size bowl and smash with a fork.

  3. Add the lime/lemon juice, garlic powder, dried cilantro, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in well.

  4. Add the chopping onion and diced tomatoes, fold in with a spatula.

  5. Enjoy with your favorite chips, on toast, on tacos, in burritos, etc...
