This recipe is perfect for your morning, to spice it up and enjoy a fun coconut breakfast. If you love coconut you will love this recipe.
1/3 cup quick oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp coconut oil
pinch of salt
Topping ideas:
fruits
additional coconut flakes
additional milk
drizzle of maple syrup
granola/sliced almonds
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
Let sit for 2-5 minutes
Cook in microwave for about 1 minute 20 seconds (stirring halfway through)
Add toppings of choice
