This recipe is just 6-ingredients and perfect for that sweet tooth.
This recipe uses very simple ingredients that I am sure you have in your pantry already. This is such a quick and easy recipe for a dessert for the night.
Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
2 tbsp milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Topping ideas:
flakey sea salt
shredded coconut
walnuts/pecans
chocolate chips
Directions:
Add chocolate chips and milk to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until melted through.
Add the rest of the ingredients and fold in with a spatula.
Pour mixture in a parchment paper lined 9" by 5" bread pan.
Top with any toppings of your choice and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Cut and enjoy!
Can be stored in an air tight container in the freezer for 1 month.
