These chocolate peanut butter protein bites have been a family and friend favorite for a long time. It's an easy healthy snack idea that can be taken on the go. It is also a great gift idea. Trust me, my friends can not get enough of these. This is the snack I bring to family and friend get togethers, I usually make a double batch.
Ingredients:
12 dates (don't forget to remove the pits)
1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
Directions:
Pit the dates and place in a food processor.
Blend dates until smooth consistency.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is well mixed and forms a ball.
Roll into balls of any size and place in an air tight container.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, if they last that long 😉. They are also good on the go for up to 1 week.
