Vanilla Coconut Cream Oatmeal

Vanilla Coconut Cream Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1/3 cup quick oats

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp coconut oil

pinch of salt


Topping ideas:

fruits

additional coconut flakes

additional milk

drizzle of maple syrup

granola/sliced almonds


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl

  2. Let sit for 2-5 minutes

  3. Cook in microwave for about 1 minute 20 seconds (stirring halfway through)

  4. Add toppings of choice
