Don't have time to make hamburgers but you have left over french fries? Well I've got a fun dish for you!

Ingredients:

1/4 - 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or 1 pre-made hamburger

1/2 - 2/3 cup french fries of any kind (I use sweet potatoes)

pickles

ketchup

mustard

salt and pepper to taste or hamburger seasoning

Optional: cheese, tomato, lettuce

Directions:

  1. Reheat french fried or sweet potatoes in an air frier or the microwave. If using a microwave heat on high for 30-45 seconds.

  2. Reheat hamburger or ground beef in the microwave on high for 45-60 seconds. If heating french fries and hamburger together heat on high for 60 seconds.

  3. Add your toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, cheese, tomatoes, and/or lettuce.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste or your favorite hamburger seasoning.

If making your own fries:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

  2. Cut potatoes or sweet potatoes in french fry shapes or cubes and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Tip: try to cut slices or cubes similar in size so they cook evenly.

  3. Drizzle with oil and message into potatoes. Make sure fries are evenly placed out on the sheet.

  4. Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
