A family favorite in our household! This recipe is easy if you don't have a lot of time to work in the kitchen. Just throw all your ingredients into the crock pot and let it cook all day! This makes the perfect juicy shredded chicken!
3 large chicken breasts
2 tbsp taco seasoning found here
2 cups Salsa
Tortilla shells (hard or soft)
Avocado Ranch (seen below)
For the taco meat; add 1 cup of salsa to the bottom of a crock pot.
Add the chicken breasts and season with the taco seasoning. sprinkle all over the chicken breasts.
Add the rest of the salsa (1 cup).
Set the crock pot on high for 1-2 hours then set on low for an additional 6-7 hours or until cooked through and you can smell it. If it is done earlier just turn the crock pot on keep warm.
Put your taco together by using a taco shell and add your toppings.
I added sour cream, avocado ranch, crockpot chicken taco meat, lettuce, and additional salsa. You can also add additional toppings like; black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, etc..
Wrap up and enjoy!

1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp parsly
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup milk (I used 2%)
1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
Add all ingredients to a medium size blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy on your tacos, with chips, or used to dip vegetables in!
