This recipe pairs will with any marinara sauce or gravy. Can enjoy on spaghetti, mashed potatoes with gravy, or as a meatball sub. This recipe also works great as a meat loaf or on the side with ketchup. There are so many fun ideas with meatballs, find what works for you.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup crushed oats
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp parsley
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp avocado oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, you may need to use your hands.
Roll into balls about 3/4 of an inch wide.
Place on a baking sheet or in the air frier.
Bake or air fry at 375ºF for about 12-15 minutes.
Recipe makes ~23 meatballs
